We take pride in offering high-quality brass products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@brassdecors.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will review your request and share the return shipping details.

Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items bought during clearance or sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

If the product was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.
To request an exchange, email us at support@brassdecors.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
